The first show meeting for this years show “Seasons” will be held on Monday 19th February. It is to be held at Suzanne’s house (112 Papplewick Lane) at 7:30pm. Please come along and find out how you can get involved.
We still need volunteer chaperones to help with changing backstage as without help the dancers find it hard to get changed and get on stage in time for their dance. If you would like to help, please come along to the meeting or contact us.
By now you should have received your invoices for the next half-term’s worth of dance fees. (Musical theatre invoices have not been sent out.) Plus, you should have received an invoice for the cost of your costumes if you have registered for the show. If this is not the case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
Down to being able to make and purchase costumes, counting numbers and sorting people into dressing rooms etc, we need all registrations in by the 22nd December 2017. NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS POINT.
If your registration is not in by this time, your place in the show is not secured and you won’t take part in the show.
Forms will be available from next week from your teacher or the studio.
You can also print off and complete the attached copy below if you may have lost yours!
